Douglas Truth Library This renovation included sensitive architectural renovation
of exterior elements and completely new interior designed to be sympathetic to the original design. It received one of fifteen prestigious awards for design presented by the National Trust for Historic Preservation in 1989. |

Fremont Library Aligned with the center of
the library, an interior “trellis” was designed to enclose reading and computer carrels,
book and video storage, and to provide additional indirect lighting.

Snohomish Library
Bob Wagoner worked closely with the Sno-Isle Library System, the Snohomish Historic Design
Review Board, the Library Board, as well as the City Council in preparing a schematic design
to present for a public bond election.

Sumner Library
The renovatation and expansion of this community library includes enlarged stack areas, children’s library, adult services spaces, circulation desk area and work room, and new mechanical and electrical systems.

Neill Public Library
Several design options were proposed, culminating in a solution that balances the features of the existing brick structure with new elements that will provide more daylighting and a stronger building presence in the downtown context.
