Delridge Community Center New 18,300 s. ft. community center located in
the Delridge community of West Seattle. The design utilized many of the "green" and
recyclable building material concepts encouraged by the client, Seattle Parks and Recreation.

Fort Worden Dining Facility In-depth assessment of
the growing dining and conference needs of the Conference Center, which lead to the commission
to design a new facility. Project is currently under construction.

Good Shepherd Center The first renovation phase, completed in 1976, included
code upgrades, entry reconfiguration and interior improvements. Over eighteen phases of
work have been completed, the most recent entailing a remodel of the fifth floor for six artist loft,
low-income housing units.

Greenlake Aqua Theater After initial programming it was determined the existing
structure could not be adequately adapted to accommodate the new use requirements. The
revised design included retention of a portion of the Aqua Theater seating as a “relic”
providing historic continuity and to serve as a viewing area to the lake.

Moscow High School Several design options were proposed, culminating in a
plan that accommodates educational art and science programs, a senior center, offices
for the Moscow Parks and Recreation Department, a community science center, and various multi-use community gathering spaces. The project is currently under construction.

Old Olympia City Hall Childcare The lower floor of the 14,790 sq. ft. building was converted from use as a fire station
to a day care for infants through school-aged children. An elevator and lobby were added
to the entry and the upper floor
was converted to conference and office space for a family service center.

Washington State Archives N.W. Regional
Branch
The new 18,000 s.f. State Archives Facility constructed on the WWU campus services the State Archives System as a repository for historical documents and the University as a training facility.
