Artist Loft Housing
This project involved the renovation of a portion of the 5th floor "attic" into six low-income loft housing units for local artists. The six units are live/work spaces with open plans and balcony lofts. Simple, durable materials were used to allow for the artists' different medias. Koppe Wagoner has been engaged in over 18 phases of work and the Good Shepherd Center since 1976.
Guiry/Shillstad Buildings
Renovation of a National Register building to include 28 housing units. As a part of the renovation a rooftop residental penthouse structure was added.
Portland Waterfront Housing
Bob Wagoner, while a partner in a previous firm was responsible for portions of this 600 unit housing project. The residential units have waterfront views over a promenade along the river's edge.
Sunday Cove
The project consisted of seventeen attached residential condominium units and seven single family homes on 5 acres of waterfront property. The site design addressed the problems of privacy for the attached condominium units and individual, identifiable entry areas for each home. The project received an honor award from the Red Cedar Shake and Shingle Bureau in 1980.
